Cocktail course in Hamburg
In the cocktail course at The Rabbithole (possible in German and/or English) you will learn how to create the perfect cocktail and what the basics are. You will learn how to shake and stir properly and which recipes are suitable.
Of course, not just in theory, but in practical terms behind our bar counter, where only professional bartenders usually stand.
During the cocktail workshop you will learn everything you need to be able to mix cocktails yourself in the future and impress your friends with your knowledge.
Content from the cocktail course in Hamburg
The cocktail courses are mostly conducted by Constanze, the owner of The Rabbithole Bar and one of the few female bar masters (IHK) in Germany.
She will tell you some basics and give you practical tips before you get into practice. If you don’t already have ideas about which cocktails you would like to mix, she will work with you to develop your drinks and, if necessary, you will produce the necessary ingredients.
By the way, at The Rabbithole we make almost all of the ingredients, syrups, liqueurs and many infusions ourselves and you will of course also benefit from this in the cocktail course, because of course you can use all the ingredients we have behind the bar.
Each of you mixes two of your own drinks and at the same time you learn an incredible amount about how cocktail culture has developed since its beginnings, which components harmonize well and what the ideal proportions and the general drink DNA are.
After the cocktail course, you will receive our high-quality printed booklet by email, in which you will find the most important tips and interesting recipes. In addition, each participant receives a printed certificate confirming successful participation in the cocktail course in Hamburg!
The cocktail courses are individually coordinated with you and are carried out exclusively for you, so you are in a group of four to a maximum of ten people and have no strangers with you.
The different drinks in the cocktail course in Hamburg
Which drinks you mix in the cocktail course is entirely up to you. We have everything in stock and if you tell us in advance what you want to mix, we can also get ingredients that we don’t otherwise use at the bar (like cream for a White Russian).
If you don’t have any ideas of your own, we’ll develop cocktail recipes together or you can choose a drink from our menu that you’d like to mix yourself.

The cocktail course at The Rabbithole costs only 79 euros per person and will be carried out exclusively for you by us if there are four participants or more.
